If your question requires data from a product or dataset outside your organization’s access, Spark will let you know and direct you to your Client Success Manager to learn more about unlocking that capability.
For example, if your organization only has access to People Search and you ask Spark whether a specific organization has risk, Spark will indicate that the information is available through Organization Search and provide guidance to contact Client Success for details.
